By joining the Uptelin waitlist, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not join our waitlist.
2. Waitlist Eligibility
To join the Uptelin waitlist, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. By submitting your email, you confirm that you are eligible to join and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Waitlist Process
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to Uptelin services. We will notify you via email when access becomes available. The order of access may be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, the time of registration and promotional activities.
4. Communications
By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive communications from Uptelin, including emails about product updates, promotional offers, and other information. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6. Promotional Offers
Any promotional offers, including (but not limited to) "2 months of Premium for free," will remain available for qualifying waitlist participants. However, to redeem these offers, you may be required to accept additional or updated Terms and Conditions when Uptelin officially launches. The final terms and instructions to claim your offer will be clearly communicated at the time of Uptelin’s official launch.
7. Modifications to Terms
Uptelin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued participation in the waitlist after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Termination
Uptelin reserves the right to remove any user from the waitlist at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Uptelin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the waitlist or your inability to access or use our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. No Guarantee of Service Launch or Pricing
Uptelin does not guarantee any specific launch date, service availability, or pricing models. All features, subscription plans, and pricing mentioned before launch are indicative and may change without notice. Being on the waitlist does not grant any entitlement to specific pricing or feature sets beyond what is confirmed at launch.
12. Data Retention
We securely store your email address for the purpose of waitlist communications. You may request the removal of your email at any time by contacting contact@uptelin.com.
